TA Style Elevators
YECO’s TA Center Latch Elevators with square shoulders are used for handling drill pipes, casing, tubing, and drill collars during drilling and well servicing operations. They are designed for easy handling with safety lock, also latch and guarded operating handles. YECO supplies a large variety of our TA Elevators to meet our customer’s different needs.
G Series Elevators
YECO’s G Series 18°Bottleneck Elevators provide center latch operation for running external upset drill pipe from 100 to 350 ton loads. They will exceed the API safety factor for handling its load capability. The G Series Elevators have a safety latch and latch lock combination to prevent equipment induced accidents. YECO elevators are made of high quality heat treated alloy steel and are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A/8C Specification.
Type SLX Elevators
The Type SLX Side Door Elevators with square shoulder are used for handling tubings, casings, drill pipes and drill collars during oil drilling, natural gas drilling and servicing operations, the double latch safety design with shielded safety latch protects the latch from accidently opening.
S-Series-Auxiliary Elevators--SINGLE JOINT ELEVATORS
e SJ series auxiliary elevators are mainly used in handling single joints of casing or tubing in oil drilling, natural gas drilling and cementing operations. The conventional center latch collar design allows the drilling rig crew to lift up or lower down the tubular safely to the rig floor without damaging the shoulders or the threads. Available in different sizes.
S-Series-Auxiliary Elevators—SJX SINGLE JOINT ELEVATORS
SJX tubing single-joint elevators are mainly used for gripping and hoisting single-joint pipe string, or moving the pipe string from the mast V-door to wellhead center matched with special tool CRT. The elevators are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T19190 and API 8C Specification for Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment.
S-Series-Auxiliary Elevators—SP SINGLE JOINT ELEVATORS
SP series Single-joint elevators are mainly used for gripping and hoisting single-joint tubing with taper pipe joint, casing and drill pipe. There are 3 types with 5 ton capacity covering: 5" casing or tubing sizes 2-3/8" to 10-3/4" O.D., 12" tubing sizes from 2-3/8" to 4-1/2" O.D. and 18" drill pipe sizes from 2-7/8" to 6-5/8" O.D.
Y Series Slip Type Elevators
YECO’s Y series Slip type elevators are indispensable tools in handling and hoisting drill pipes, casings and tubing, in oil drilling and well tripping operation. They are especially suitable for hoisting integrated tubing sub, integral joint casing and electric submersible pump columns. There are 7 types ranging from 20 to 200 ton capacity and covering pipe sizes from 1.050'' to 7-5/8'' OD.
