Due to the nature of this product being a sterile product designed to assist in particle filtration for respiration, we cannot accept returns. We must assume that all masks received by the customer become fouled upon receipt as we cannot allow ourselves to betray customer trust or open ourselves up to liability should we ship a previously returned but fouled mask to a new customer. We are sorry if you find this unpleasant.

If for some reason you require a refund prior to receipt of the masks, please contact us and we can see what can be done. Refunds must be requested prior to receipt of the product for the above stated reasons.
